TRU Performance is offering a 6 Week Youth Speed and Agility Class for ages 8-10. The training sessions will meet Sundays from 3pm-4pm. The class will focus on:

Multi-directional movement

Linear Speed

Basic Foundational Movements

Flexibility and injury prevention

Date: March 10 - April 28th ( No Classes on 3/31 or 4/21)
