TRU Performance is offering a 6 week vertical jump program for athletes 14-18 yrs old using the Vertimax V8 and Raptors. Training will meet 1x per week on Sundays. We will focus on:

* Increasing Jumping Ability

* Increasing Power and Speed 

* Core Strength

* Injury Prevention

Cost: $270 per athlete
